Stick Container Repetitive Durability Torque Test (Operation Control with Angle)

Operating Force

This video shows a repetitive torque durability test of a stick container for lipsticks or glue sticks, by using motorized torque test stand with the angle operation control. The test in the video displays the change in torque values according to the rotation numbers. The use of Long Shaft Pin enables to test the container filled with contents inside. In addition to the control by angle, the operation can also be controlled by torque value, making it possible to test whether the container will be cracked by repeatedly applying constant torque.
