This is an example of 3-point bending tests for a round bar shaped sample. Using a 3-point bending test jig, it measures the bending force (bending strength) of the bar. The video introduces an example of strength test of bar materials used as building materials and furniture materials. It can also be applied to rod-shaped and plate-shaped samples such as plastic plates and metal plates. Such bending strength tests are used in safety evaluations and quality control.
