Opening Durability Test for the Screw Cap of a Sprayer Bottle

Opening Force

This video shows the screw cap opening durability test using operation control of motorized torque stand by torque value and continuous rotation period. In the test, the open-close operation cycle is automatically repeated, and each cycle also measures the peak value of the opening torque. Each peak value can be sent to the software, so it is possible to check the transition of opening torque during repetition. Since the closing operation is controlled by the torque value, the test repeatablity is higher than in manual tests, which results in more efficient durability test.
