Motor torque-angle test

Turning Force

By fixing a motor to the torque meter and turning it using the manual rotation assist jig with a built-in angle meter, the correlation between torque and angle can be analyzed. This is ideal to see the motor characteristics when the power is off. For example, stepping motors have the characteristic that they do not rotate smoothly when the power is off. Bicycles and trolleys with an electric assist function should assist only when necessary, and ideally rotate smoothly even when idling. Thus, this evaluation by such torque-angle measurement is utilized for quality control and R&D for such purposes.
