Jelly elasticity test is conducted using a rheometer complying with JIS K6503 (2001) [Glue and Gelatin] (corresponding part only). By simply selecting the standard on the touch panel, the test can be performed under the preset measurement conditions based on the standard. In addition to the elasticity of jelly, the texture of various foods can be quantified, and data management and analysis can be easily performed. This measurement is ideal for quality control and R&D.
