Stretchability

The Pressure/Stretchability Measurement Module is a plug-in for Force Recorder Next Series that enables conversion from force to pressure and from displacement to stretchability and display the results. When perform compression/tension test after setting a sample cross-sectional area and contact area of attachment to sample, the measurement result (force value) will be converted and displayed as the force value per unit area (=pressure). Also, when perform compression/tension test after setting the initial length/height of the sample, the displacement amount willbe converted and displayed as the stretchability/stretchability rate. The Y-axis (pressure ⇔ load) and X-axis (elongation ⇔ displacement) of the graph can also be switched. Pressure/Stretchability conversion results can be output to a dedicated report template, CSV, etc.
Preset conditions can be registered prior to the start of measurement, facilitating smooth switching of conditions to suit the sample and improving efficiency. *Download Card Basic is required.

The Switch Operating Force Measurement Module is a plug-in for the Force Recorder Next Series includes a switch feeling calculation function and test condition presets compliant with related standards. It automatically calculates and displays each parameter of switch characteristics, such as click rate etc, based on the switch operating force and releasing force. It also displays the results of conformance judgment to the selected standard. *Download Card Light is required.

The Friction Testing Module is a plug-in for Force Recorder Next Series that includes automatic calculation of the coefficient of friction and presets of test conditions in accordance with various related standards. By pre-setting the weight of the weight and the selection data, the static and average kinetic coefficients of friction are automatically calculated and displayed based on the measurement results. Conversion and judgment results of COF can be output to a dedicated report template or CSV etc. It also displays the result of conformity judgment to the selected standard. *Download Card Basic is required.
