ACMTS series is the dedicated motorized torque stand for the screw cap tester with 10N-m(1000N-cm) capacity. It enables torque measurement with higher reproductivity thanks to its constanct rotation speed. The operation can be controlled by torque values and angle. It also enables durability tests using repetition function.

Feature

  • Realizes highly repeatable measurements with constant test speed by simple operation
  • Possible to control the operation by torque values* and angle. *Connection with DTXS/DTXA via a dedicated cable is required.
  • Performs torque-angle measurement by combining with DTXA series
  • Suitable for durability tests of camera lenses and circuit boards using repetition function by setting the required conditions
  • Optional software available for real-time graphing of torque vs. time and torque vs. angle
