This is an attachment with electircal insulation. When performing a force measurement test on an electrically conductive sample, the insulation parts between the sample and the test stand and between the sample and the force gauge help preventing electric shock, heat generation, and short circuits during the test. The part of the upper attachment that connects to the force gauge and the part of the lower attachment that directly touches the sample are made of insulating materials (such as resin).

  • The insulated parts can be designed and manufactured in original shapes to match various attachments and jigs according to your requirements. Please consult with us.
  • It can be applied to attachments used for strength evaluation tests of tabs spot-welded to the electrodes of battery packs.
